4 étoiles sur 5J'aimerais bien avoir un autre format que le PSD, mais bon. C'est dommage que le calendrier n'ait pas été entièrement mis à jour avec toutes les équipes, sinon il a l'air bien.

In the Etsy description it clearly says digital download. The description also lists the file formats that I provide. You wanted a printed version, which is not included, and are now claiming that I am deceiving customers. It is disappointing that you are unwilling to acknowledge this.
