Amazing to see how much we are forced to fix Apple’s shoddy designs here, it’s odd really since none of the trade-offs with mounting the display exist with the pricier Pro Display XDR that came out YEARS earlier. This adapter aims to help solve for some of the shortcomings in using the Studio Display w/ a VESA mount. The measurements & engineering were precise; item mounted flush to the permane Apple studio display’s VESA mount bracket. This adds a few inches of height - just what I needed, beyond the aesthetic ideal of - yes - showing the Apple logo on the back. One Note: Apple’s mount is higher to give space around the (non -removable) power cord’s connection to the monitor. For that reason, I recommend using a “starfish” vesa mount adapter to your arm; w/out that a big square “slide-in” bracket @ the arm can hit the cord

If you're bothered by the weird design choice Apple made on the VESA variant of the Apple Studio Display --- then this adapter is the best solution. The adapter is a perfect match, and it's clear that great care went into designing and fabricating it. Also, Ramzi (the seller) quickly and clearly responded to my questions. Highly recommended.
