Als Freiberufler, Agenturleiter und Vermieter (wir alle!) hatten wir genug von Vorlagen, die entweder zu ungenau oder zu kompliziert waren. As freelancers, agency leaders, and landlords (all!), we got tired of templates that were either too vague to use or too complicated to bother with. So we built the ones we actually wanted — proper client emails, brand audits that relay strategy from the get-go, inspection checklists that hold up in a dispute, monthly reports that make property managers look like they've been doing this for twenty years, financial dashboards that don't require an accounting degree.
