Ich versuche wirklich, Ordnung zu schaffen. Dabei habe ich alle möglichen Schätze entdeckt, die ich vergessen hatte. Ich versuche, alles Gute im Vorrat aufzubrauchen, bevor ich mehr kaufe. Beachten Sie jedoch bitte, dass das Garn oder der Stoff, den Sie an einem bestimmten Produkt lieben, möglicherweise nicht mehr erhältlich ist. Dafür entschuldige ich mich, aber das Positive daran ist, dass Ihr Artikel dadurch wirklich einzigartig wird.
Als ich diesen Laden eröffnete, war es ursprünglich ein Hobby, aus dem mehr wurde. Ich nahm an Kunsthandwerksmessen teil, verkaufte in lokalen Boutiquen und machte viele lokale Sonderanfertigungen. Da ich gebeten wurde, so viele verschiedene Dinge zu tun, hatte ich das Gefühl, dass ich alles tun wollte, um es allen recht zu machen, und verlor die Freude, die ich einst beim Schaffen von Dingen empfand, die ich liebte. Ich beschloss, zu den Grundlagen zurückzukehren und einfach zu schaffen, um zu schaffen. Ich mache eine Pause vom Verkaufen auf Kunsthandwerksmessen und in Boutiquen. Etsy wird jetzt der Ort sein, an dem ich meine Waren hauptsächlich verkaufe.
Bei JaPerry Creations geht es jetzt um das, was ich gerade erschaffe. Ein schnelles Projekt, wenn die Teenager mich aus dem Wohnzimmer geworfen haben, wenn ihre Freunde da sind, ein Mädelsabend, an dem ich etwas Neues ausprobiere, von dem ich nach Hause gehen und 20 weitere machen muss, oder sogar etwas, um Stoffreste, Garn oder Bastelkram zu verwenden, der von vergangenen Projekten übrig geblieben ist. Seien wir ehrlich, ich kann nicht alle Kreationen behalten. Manche Dinge bekomme ich geschenkt, aber nicht alle. Hier kommt Etsy zur Rettung.
Der springende Punkt ist, dass Sie nie wissen, was Sie bei Ihrem Besuch finden werden. Ich kann Ihnen versichern, dass es immer etwas anderes sein wird – ob für Sie, für das Baby oder für zu Hause – es wird immer etwas Neues geben. Ich werde weiterhin Sonderanfertigungen, Test-Strick-/Häkel- und Nähprojekte machen – also zögern Sie bitte nicht, mich zu kontaktieren! Das Beste daran, etwas Neues zu schaffen, ist immer die Zusammenarbeit.
I am really working on trying to get it organized. In the process, I have uncovered all kinds of treasure I had forgotten about. I am working on using up all the goodness in the stash before I purchase more. That being said, please be aware that the yarn or fabric that you love on a particular product may no longer be available. For this I apologize, but on a positive note, it will mean your item is truly unique.
When i originally started this store, it was a hobby that was becoming something more. I was doing craft shows, selling in local boutiques, and lots of local custom orders. Because i was being asked to do so many different things, I felt that I was trying to do everything to please everyone and was losing the joy I once felt creating what I loved. I decided to go back to the basics and just create to create. I am taking a break from selling at craft shows and boutiques. Etsy will now be where i primarily sell my wares.
JaPerry Creations will now be about what I am currently creating. A quick project when the teenagers have booted me from the living room when their friends are over, a girls night of trying something new that i must go home and make 20 more of, or even something to use the scraps of fabric, yarn, or crafty bits that are left over from projects past. Let's be honest, I can't keep all the creations. Some things do get gifted, but not all of it. This is where Etsy comes to the rescue.
The point to all of this is, there is no telling what you will find when you visit. I can assure you, it will always be something different - whether it is for you, for baby, or home- there will always be something new. I will continue to do custom orders, test knits/crochet, and sewing projects - so please do not hesitate to reach out! One of the best parts of creating something new is always the collaboration.
