Delayed and Lost Orders

USPS has issued an official statement that due to increased holiday traffic and staff shortages with the global pandemic, deliveries are delayed.

Many times these delays cause a disruption in tracking and an item appears lost.

As a seller, I do my best to ship items out as quickly as possible. However, after your item departs my home I am unable to control any aspects of its arrival.

If you are concerned about the status of your order, I implore you to reach out to USPS and complete a Help Form.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please triple check your shipping information before submitting your order, especially if you have recently moved or use an auto-fill feature.

If you have entered incorrect shipping information contact me as soon as possible.

If your order has not yet shipped I may be able to make an address correction.

If your order has already shipped, there is little I can do to assist you at this stage.
Please contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777 as soon as possible to inquire about having your delivery rerouted.

If your item is returned to sender I will refund your purchase price when I receive the package.
You will then have the option to repurchase the item.

Items marked as successfully delivered will not be refunded.

Goods Damaged in Shipping

While I take every packaging precaution possible to ensure your purchase arrives quickly and safety, accidents can and do happen.

If your order arrives damaged and cannot be used please contact me right away with photos of the damage and the packaging the item arrived in.

What are these little rocks in the bag with my item? =)

All crystal items are energetically cleansed before shipping in a manner suited for their vibrations.

Items are shipped in a handmade drawstring bag with a blend of smokey quartz and pink Himalayan salt to ensure they arrive energetically clean and ready for you to imbue with your intentions!

You can re-use the pouch and the crystal blend to store your item and help cleanse its energy between uses.
