Es hat etwas Magisches, einen Gegenstand aus einem Film, einer Serie oder einem Spiel zu sehen und ihn dann in der Realität nachbilden zu können. Ihn wirklich in den Händen zu halten, sein Gewicht und seine Beschaffenheit zu spüren. Ihn zu bewegen und mit der realen Welt um sich herum zu interagieren, als wäre der Gegenstand aus dem Lieblingsmedium direkt vor einem. Genau dieses Gefühl möchte ich jeden Tag erzeugen.
Mein Name ist Vincent und ich liebe es, Dinge zu basteln, besonders Cosplay- und Kostümrequisiten. Oft sehe ich mir Serien oder Filme an oder spiele Videospiele und bin dann von einem bestimmten Objekt darin fasziniert. Ob Schmuck, Accessoire, Waffe, Rüstung usw. – irgendetwas in mir möchte meine eigene Version davon in unserer Welt erschaffen.
Cosplay ist eine fantastische Möglichkeit, dieses Gefühl auszuleben. Wenn man in die Rolle einer Lieblingsfigur schlüpft, möchte man so aussehen wie sie, sich so verhalten und so fühlen wie sie. Neben einem Kostüm sind Requisiten der beste Weg, sich mit einer Figur und ihrer Welt zu verbinden.
Als Designerin möchte ich anderen Cosplayern dasselbe Gefühl vermitteln, indem ich hochwertige, detailgetreue Requisiten anbiete, die sie entweder selbst zu Hause basteln oder sich für ihre nächste Convention liefern lassen können. There's something magical about seeing an object from a movie, show, or game and being able to create it in real life. To really hold it, to feel its weight and texture. To move it and interact with the real world around you, as if the very object from your favorite media is right there in your hands. That's the feeling I aim to create every day.
My name is Vincent and I LOVE to make things, especially cosplay/costume props. I will often watch a show or movie or play a videogame and find myself drawn to an object in it. Be it a piece of jewelry or accessory, a weapon, armor, etc, something in me wants to have my own version of it in our world.
Cosplay is an amazing outlet to actualize this feeling. When you put yourself in the shoes of a character you love, you want to look how they look, act how they act, and feel how they feel. Along with a costume, props are the best way to attach yourself to a character and their world.
As a creator, I want to give other cosplayers the same feeling by providing quality, screen-accurate props that they can either make themselves at home or have delivered and ready for their next convention.
