All international items are posted as Standard International via Royal Mail unless a Tracked service is paid for. Standard International is an untracked service. In the UK our postal service does not provide this as standard. A tracked service upgrade is available at checkout or automatically applied for Acrylic Items. We can provide proof of postage only for standard international.

Please note there are potential delays with postal services within the UK and internationally. Please bear this in mind before ordering as we are unable to offer refunds for delayed items due to the postal service. We do also offer an upgraded tracked service or a digital file can be purchased for custom/personalised items to print yourself, at local print stores or using online printing services.

If a cancellation is requested and your item has already been worked on and created, but not yet dispatched, a 50% cancellation fee will be required. Once dispatched we cannot cancel or refund orders.

No, we only sell unframed prints ready for framing as we believe you can purchase quality frames much cheaper on the high street and online than what we could provide. But we do offer Acrylic plaques with stands as contemporary alternatives and acrylic freestanding blocks

Please note any custom digital downloads purchased are for personal use only. These cannot be used on any commercial products
For international customers please use code DIGITALFREEDEL only if an emailed/Digital Print Yourself file is selected. It is the buyers responsibility to use this code as we are unable to check if this is removed when completing orders. If this code is used even if a print size is selected we will automatically change this to a digital file and refunds will not be made.

If items are Returned to Sender (PersonalisedBee) by the postal service we are unable to offer refunds for customised items. We are happy to resend to a new or correct address but there will be a charge for p&p. Thank you for your understanding.
