Returns and exchange details:
100% satisfaction is very important to Intrepid. If for any reason you are not happy with your earrings, the item(s) may be returned for store credit or exchanged within 30 days, provided they are unused and have not been worn.

All BodyJjewelry is packaged and shipped in sealed bags. Returns or exchanges are allowed only if the seal has not been tampered with and bag is UNOPENED.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee unless they have been sent the wrong size or the item is damaged. Return shipping fee's will only be refunded after the item is returned.

All items must be returned through USPS First Class Mail and in a bubble mailer (It's ok to re-use the bubble mailer the order arrived in, in fact, we recommend it!). Orders returned in a regular envelope will not be accepted (If you're lucky and they even arrive back to begin with!).

If a customer wishes to exchange for another item they must return their order and pay to have the new item reshipped as well as the price difference for the size.
