All my items are made through specially drafted sewing patterns based on measurements shown in each listing. I create my own sewing patterns so that each product fits perfectly on you -as long as your and ARNAZAROVA measurements match- and feel unique and comfortable in it. You can wear them for different occasions, from casual to formal.

They are all 100% hand-made and sewn with love and passion.

MEASUREMENTS AND FIT:

*The sewing patterns are specially drafted for best fitting. That's why they might be different in size than off-the-rack clothes.
*If you are in-between sizes, I recommend you sizing up.
*ARNAZAROVA wide-leg and carrot fit pants' inseams are 80 cm and 65 cm, respectively. If you want the INSEAM to be arranged according to your measurement, you are kindly asked to provide it in the personalized box under the size option box of the item.
*Model wears size S.

*For more support, you can also send a message writing your WAIST, HIP, CROTCH DEPTH and INSEAM measurements, again before you place an order. I will make sure you choose the right size.
*If you have any questions or doubts, please contact me and I am ready to offer my help.

CUSTOM ORDER:
*If you think your measurements do not match up to ARNAZAROVA sizes, you may also request a CUSTOM ORDER in which you are asked to provide your WAIST, HIP, CROTCH DEPTH and INSEAM body measurements. You will find "Request Custom Order" button on the shop's homepage.
*Since sewing patterns will be drafted based on customers' measurements and the item will be sewn accordingly, please make sure that it will include additional fee and returns of customized or personalized orders are not accepted. They are non-refundable.

All my items are made to order. Since I am a one-person shop, please allow me 7 - 10 business days for production. This time rate doesn't include the shipping time. I will do my best to make the process as short as possible.

SHIPPING:
IMPORTANT! For a more accurate delivery service, please add your phone number (with the area code) in the personalization box as you place your order or in the note box at the checkout so that the courier company could contact you during the customs or shipping process. Unfortunately, Etsy does not provide a phone number field for international orders. Package is delivered via UPS (Express), FedEx, DHL or TNT with a tracking number.

PACKAGING AND GIFT MESSAGE:
Each order is neatly wrapped in a kraft paper mailer. I don't offer gift wrapping at this time, but I am happy to include a gift message! Please write your request in the note at checkout, and I'll include your message in the shipment for the recipient.

In order to get a very accurate BODY MEASUREMENT, try to wear clothes which fit closely or wear nothing at all.

Waist: Measure around your natural waistline. The natural waist is the narrowest part of your waist.

Hip: Measure the circumference around your hips at the widest point. This will usually be roughly just above the crotch line.

Crotch Depth: Hold a measuring tape vertically from your waist (narrowest part) to the seat of the chair. Keep the end of the measuring tape firm against your waist and pull the tape down along the curve of your hip until you reach the chair. This gives you the crotch depth measurement.

Inseam: Distance from the uppermost part of your thigh to the floor.

Length: Distance from waist to the floor.

Size chart is available in the image section of each listing. For returns or exchanges please contact me within 7 days of delivery and ship items back within 14 days of delivery.
