Products are shipped according to the time indicated on the product. We sew them to your order, we do not create inventory.
We send parcels by courier - Fedex, GLS, DPD. The specified delivery time is the default indicated by the system. Shipments travel all over the world, we have no influence on the real time of their delivery. In
in case of problems, we will be happy to help you in contact with the carrier.
The customer bears the cost of customs or additional charges related to the arrival of the package in the destination country. Remember, as a brand, we have no influence on the taxes and duties in the destination country.

If you want to return a product.
Send it to us. The cost of delivery is covered by the customer.

THE PACKAGE COME BACK TO US:
For some reason, it was not possible to collect the package and it came back to us. You can pick it up in our studio in person or we can send it again at your expense. Write to us, we will come up with something.
REFUSAL TO ACCEPT A PACKAGE:
We sew a product for you, it has traveled half the world, and you don't pick it up - that's not fair.
The costs of returning the shipment and additional fees (including customs) related to the refusal of acceptance shall be borne by the customer.
