US Shipments:
I use a service that transports my parcels from Calgary to the United States, and then they are shipped via USPS to their final destination. The result is cheaper and faster shipping!

My products are water resistant but not water proof. To clean them, simply dampen a cloth or paper towel and wipe clean.

Due to the small size of some of my magnets & pins, please exercise caution around small children. They are not intended to be used as toys.

I do not refund the cost of shipping in the following situations:
- Incomplete or incorrect shipping address
- Package returned when buyer did not want to pay for VAT & Customs Fees.
- Buyer does not accept package as they have decided they no longer want the purchased item(s).

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

** ORDERS THAT RECEIVED FREE SHIPPING **

If the value of the returned items results in the original order not qualifying for the free shipping offer, the actual cost of the shipping will be subtracted from any return.

Buyers outside of Canada are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Yes I can use an image that you provide.

It must be at 300dpi resolution (print quality). The image must be something you created or purchased. It can't be something just downloaded from a web page.

It must also not contain trademark or copyright material.
