The most metals, like sterling silver, copper, brass and nugold, will tarnish over time. Everything that comes in contact with your jewelry such as air, sunlight, natural body oils, dirt, household chemicals, food, water, etc. will cause tarnishing.
Please do not wear your jewelry in the Shower, Swimming pool, Spa or during extreme physical activity and avoid contact with chemicals. Keep your jewelry away from extreme heat or sunlight.
Please keep your jewelry in a bag or box when you don't wear it.

I carefully package your jewelry in a paper jewelry box or floss bag, includes jewelry care instruction card. I then place this safely inside a kraft bubble envelope. If you order more than one piece of jewelry, I will pack them together in one box or bag. If you would like each item is individually wrapped, please leave a message in the note box at checkout.
★ CANADA ORDERS with Standard Shipping:
Because of Canada Post about size limit for standard shipping, your item will come in floss bag, not box. If you would like your order comes in jewelry box, please upgrade the shipping to Tracked parcel, Expedited or Express.

➤ ∙ UNITED STATES ORDERS: USPS first class: 3-10 business days with tracking.
∙ CANADA ORDERS: standard shipping: 5-20 business days or longer. Please note there's No TRACKING on standard shipping, unless the shipping upgrade to tracked package, Expedited or Express.
∙ OTHER international destinations: 2-12 weeks.

➤ PLEASE NOTE: Transit times could be longer if your parcel is held for inspection by your country's customs office or delayed/misrouted by the local postal service. Once an order is shipped via Canada Post, the eventual arrival date is beyond our control. Thanks very much for your understanding.

➤ Custom Orders: If your item is custom made and created to your specifications, refunds will incur a 30% return fee of product purchase price. Exchanges will incur a 15% stamping fee of original product purchase price plus any price difference for new item desired (if different from original product purchased).
Shipping fees are nonrefundable.

➤Please buy ONE item first, if you are not sure you will be satisfied before order multiple (4+ items) for gift as refunds will incur a 30% return fee of product purchase price.

➤Customers are responsible for the Return Shipping Cost and responsible for the customs/duty fees which is charged by Canada customs for return items.

➤ ORDER WITH REGULAR ITEMS ( NON - Personalized, non hand stamped)
Refunds will incur a 8% handing fee and some restocking fee of product purchase price.
Shipping fees are nonrefundable.

Customers are responsible for customs/duty fees which is charged by Canada customs for return items.

➤ Please note that all hand stamped - letters are individually stamped by hand and not a machine which means that they may not be perfectly aligned or centered. Not every stamp will be perfectly aligned and often the impression will make a mark on the back of an item. This is completely normal and is not a defect in the final product.

➤ REPAIRS
If you have a broken piece that is in need of repair that was purchased from my shop please contact me. I can repair it for a fee which will include the cost of return shipping. Message me and I will be happy to give you a quote.
