To clean the mat, shake it out. Spot clean ONLY - AVOID DESIGN!
Keep doormat as dry as possible and in a covered area (porch, patio, entry way). Please remember to take your mat inside during bad weather to avoid darkening of the fibers or premature fading of the design.
If your mat gets wet, hang to dry.

We are happy to include a card if you are sending as a gift.

Our policy states that we DO NOT accept cancellations. We do not hold inventory of ready to ship doormats. All doormats are made to order. If for any reason the shop owner decides to cancel/refund an order there will be a 15% restocking fee (15% of the total transaction).

Yes! Once the Custom Doormat Listing has been purchased, I will send a digital proof for you to change/approve. Keep in mind the digital proof may be slightly different than the actual mat.

No single mat is identical to another. Some are lighter, some are darker, and some have markings of both. Some mats have bits of husk here and there, and some don’t. Each mat has its own imperfections that make it unique. Please keep in mind that the mats vary in color. The mock-up photos may not match the coir fiber color exactly. Shedding may occur.

No problem! Just send us a message so we can make a note on the order to make a change. If the item is returned to us due to inaccurate shipping information provided, we will contact you.

Current processing time is 5-7 business days + shipping (please check announcements for updates on current processing times before ordering). Need a mat by a certain date? Send me a message before ordering to make sure I can process your order in time.
The processing time is the time that it takes to create, package and ship your order. The processing time does not include the time it takes USPS to deliver your item.

Yes! You can do so by purchasing the “Custom Doormat” listing. You can design any mat you like with that listing! If you want to reference another mat from our shop for customization you can do so through the “custom doormat” listing.

All packages are tracked and insured, and a claim will need to be filed through USPS if the package is lost. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been turned over to USPS. If the tracking information stops moving at any point, you will need to call your local post office with your tracking number. They will be able to help you locate your package. We are only able to see what the customer sees on tracking information. Please contact me if you have any issues.
