I fermented the gelatinous sheath from the seeds which takes a few days. This will result in a faster germination.
Sow seeds shallow, 1/4in with fine soil.
Takes about 10 to 20 days for germination. Sometimes faster if nice and warm.
Plants set dime-sized fruit in about 50 days.
Drought, disease resistant and heat tolerant.
They love the heat and direct sunlight or partial shade.
Zones 8-11, I am on the border of 9a-9b and they do great.
They are a small tomato with a big taste.
One plant can get 10ft wide or more. I let mine ramble but can be trellised.
