Returns: I do accept returns however you must contact me within 3 days of receiving the item and return it with 7 days of receiving the item. You must, please let me know you are returning it before you ship it back. You are responsible for the cost of shipping to return to me. There is a $4.00 fee for any returned item. I cannot refund for items you have damaged or soiled. All items I ship to you are very carefully packed and reviewed for any flaws or problems prior to shipping to you. Please contact me with questions and most things can be worked through.

What do I do if I have not received my item?

Contact Spoosyboo and indicate that it has not been received. Spoosyboo tracks all shipments outgoing from our shop, and we expect buyers will use the tracking information we send them to ensure he package has not been delivered to them. During the Christmas Holidays there may be delays. We recommend ordering Christmas gifts at least 12-15 days prior to the Christmas Holiday.

The size is not working for what I want it to?

Contact Spoosyboo regarding your item. We will gladly accept the return if the item is not damaged or soiled, however we reserve the right to assess a small $4 fee for handling of the return. You will be responsible for the shipping fees on your end to return the item and we will refund once we have received the item back and verified it is not damaged or soiled.

Custom and personalized orders

1. Custom orders are only accepted for items we already make and there is a 20% surcharge for custom orders. Additional charges may apply depending on the type of customization. 2. You are responsible for shipping on any custom order exceeding 1 pound. Orders over $35 can receive free shipping within the domestic US, using first class USPS under 1 pound in weight. 3. No custom orders are available during the month of December due to the holiday rush. 4. Work on custom orders will not start until the item has been purchased and paid for. 5. I do not use fabric or patterns sent to me for custom orders. 6. Please message me to inquire as to lead time, cost, options etc.

Spoosyboo uses a variety of fabrics and interfacing to construct the various bags in our shop. Please read the materials for each posting to see what an item is made of. Generally, bags are not washable, and must be spot cleaned with a gentle non bleaching cleaning agent. Air Dry do not apply heat and do not iron bags. There are some exception to this, and they will be identified in the listing.
