I ship orders via USPS Ground Advantage which is an estimated 2 to 7 day delivery. During checkout, you can upgrade to Priority Mail which is an estimated 1 to 4 day delivery. If you prefer an even faster service, contact me with your zip code and I will tell you the price for Express shipping. If you choose Express, I can send you an invoice for the extra cost. All orders include tracking.

Yes. I make mini pillows in just about any size. Contact me with your measurements and I will let you know the price. Please be aware that custom orders may require extra processing time.

Yes. Unlike most shops, I do accept returns on personalized items. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. All contact regarding returns should be made through Etsy Messages.

For pillows, yes. For boxes, probably not. Here's why:

The wood grain on your box will likely be different from the ones pictured. To me, wood grains are like fingerprints -- No two are exactly the same.

You should also keep in mind that colors may appear a bit different in real life than they do on your device. Items often appear lighter or brighter on your device because of the screen's back-lighting.

Probably because they didn't read the item's description or check a ruler before ordering. I take special care to provide detailed and accurate measurements for all of my items. This information is always located in the item's description. I also make sure each item is the size stated before it's shipped. With pillows, buyers must choose a size from the menu but they sometimes do so without looking at an actual measuring device. They are then surprised when they receive the pillow and it is not the size they imagined.

Absolutely. I'm a one-woman shop. I cut, sew and stuff every pillow. For the boxes, I buy basic unfinished boxes from a supplier. From there, everything is me: Designing, sanding, staining, cutting the wood tops, cutting the metal, hand-stamping the names... everything it takes to achieve the finished product. Afterwards, I pack up and head for the post office!

When items are returned, my basic policy is to refund the cost of the items only. In certain instances the original shipping charges will also be refunded. The cost to return items is the responsibility of the buyer.

IMPORTANT: Please note that items must be returned in their original condition in order to receive a refund. As stated in my shop policy, if items are not returned in their original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. This includes items that are returned with stains, odors or other signs of usage or damage.
