I love making these. Each of the 10 signatures was hand cut by me reflect the shape of the sand dollar. I hand made these, stitching them together with needle and upholstery thread.

This journal has 38 separate writable surfaces, including the end pieces which are attached to the seashell. The binding thread is black. The paper I used is 140 lb. cold press watercolor paper.
