Fabrics are prewashed in Free & Clear detergent before use.

Clothing should be washed on cold and dry on low or no heat.

Embroidered Shirts should be washed inside out on cold and dry on no heat.

Due to a high number of cancellations, please note, our current turnaround is approximately 2-3 Weeks, which does not include holidays or weekends. If you need it sooner, rush fees are available. Cancellation requests must be within 24 hours. After the 24 hours, it is at our discretion and may not be possible.

Most felties can be resized to any size between 1" to 4", convo me about the design and size wanted to determine whether it can be done and the cost.
