For heavy use - YES.
If stamping 50-100+ times a week. In this case, you would need it eventually.

For occasional use stamps - NO.
Library or address stamps for example.

REFILL INK IS BETTER THAN A REFILL PAD! :)

Consider sharing ink with a friend.
Stamps from GlitterPuff all take the exact same ink.

A 1oz bottle re-inks a stamp at least 25 + times.
Refill pads are one time use item, unless you re-ink it :)
