I do not offer traditional gift wrapping at this time. I do my best to safely pack your purchased artwork! Larger pieces are wrapped in tissue and bubble wrap. 100% of the bubble wrap I use is reused. It’s clean and I encourage you to continue to reuse it as well! Items are then securely shipped in a cardboard box which can be reused or recycled. Large paintings on canvas and works on paper will be rolled and shipped in a tube.

I love collaborating with customers to create a custom art piece! I am happy to send a simple sketch of the concept you are trying to achieve, free of charge! Please note that no detailed drawings will be provided, nor will I begin actually working on your final artwork until the agreed upon amount is paid in full. Once the amount is paid in full, I cannot accept any cancellations as I have likely started progress on your artwork.

Even with the highest quality materials, nothing can fade artwork faster than UV light. Please protect your artwork from direct sunlight and florescent light. Canvases painted with ink have been sprayed with a clear sealant. Canvases painted with oil paint should be sprayed with a clear varnish with UV protection NO SOONER than 6 months after your date of purchase as this can cause cracking to occur. Varnish is also available in a variety of finishes. Paper artwork should be protected with UV protection glass. This is a small added expense on top of framing costs and can be easily purchased and installed at your local custom frame shop! Most stickers and decal orders are sent via a letter with Pitney Bowes tracking. Tracking can be viewed via Etsy or the Pitney Bowes website, but not through USPS.

Sometimes tracking doesn’t update at all but you will still receive your letter. Sometimes tracking reads “delivered” when it has just been scanned at your local post office, not necessarily when it hits your mailbox.

Please wait at least several days to a week past the “delivered” or expected delivery date before reaching back out to me for a solution. It’s rare that a sticker doesn’t make it to its destination, but I’m happy to do a one time replacement for a lost sticker.
