The product is gorgeous. I’m very happy with how it turned out. I wished I would have preserved my bouquet in some way, so I’m happy this was an option for me! However, I’m a little bit disappointed in the seller’s lack of response. I didn’t need customer service, but when I sent the photos on Etsy messages as instructed, a simple “got them, thanks!” would have been very appreciated. Instead, I was left wondering if it went through and all was well until I got a shipping notification. All in all, I’m happy with the product and would recommend.
