Delivery times are estimates and based on the average time most orders took to arrive. Sometimes it can take a little longer and your patience is greatly appreciated.

Shipping confirmations ( tracking numbers, if registered post) are sent via Etsy email notification to the email address you have registered with Etsy. Depending on the type of email account sometimes these emails maybe found in your spam or junkmail folders.

All orders over 45 Euro comes packed in presentation box.

Custom orders can take 8-12 weeks of making. If you are looking for custom order to be made please send me all information- your location, date when you would like to receive the item, clear photos and/or detailed description and also your budget range.

Please note, that I do NOT copy other designers work due to copyrights law and I can NOT show you the custom item before its made.

There is NO refunds or exchanges available on bridal accessories.
Please read carefully all information, sizes and dimensions, and see photos provided prior placing an order.

If, for any reason the item is not as expected, please contact us immediately, no later than 7 days after delivery.

In all photos item are displayed on Size UK 8/ US 10 (waist 27") or Size UK 10/ US 12 (waist 29") mannequin.
Please note that on larger size item may look visually smaller.
Colors may also differ to different screens and settings, or the lighting in which photograph is taken. If unsure, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Small sample swatches for all around beaded belts are available to purchase.

All orders are shipped from Dublin, Ireland.
All beading is stitched with thread, belts are finished with ribbon base which is also hand-stitched, none are glued.

Belts listed as applique or sew on trim/ no finish doesn't have ribbon finish or closure option as they are meant to be sewn on the garment.

All sash belts with partial or small embellishment is with long ribbon, fits all sizes- the usual length of total sash ribbon (including embellished part) is approx 3 metres/ 10 feet.

To take your belt measurement, use a measuring tape around your waist at the position where you will naturally wear the belt, and keeping the tape as parallel to the floor as possible. Ideally, you should be wearing your dress (and the right shoes and underwear), but if that's not possible, a substitute similar dress, underwear and shoes. And to be sure you are not measuring too tight, have a little sit down with the tape on, to see if you're comfy (belts are naturally tighter when you sit down).

Please note, most belts are NOT stretchy. If unsure it is better to go with long ribbon closure.
