home decor, mirror heart: in my workshop, in Drôme provençale, I created this heart, I cut a plate of wood, according to my drawing, then I cut a mirror of the wished shape and I stuck it in the center of the big heart, then I added a material that I sculpted, to have a warm volume, with rounded forms, Then I coated this heart and I worked with acrylic paint joyful, I used a deep red that I sprinkled small multicolored flowers, then, with 3D paint relief, I drew volutes between the flowers, I added small shiny colors, I then worked the contours of the mirror, gold with decorations, like a jewel in its box. I passed 4 layers of acrylic varnish. I added balls painted clay, with wire, on the outer contour. it is a unique piece signed Odile Maffone handmade in France. pop art
