Our star material is the lattice door, handmade by expert cabinetmakers and craftsmen of our land. Its origin in the tradition of the old Mediterranean "fridge" adds a unique touch to your handmade furniture, along with a piece of history.

FURNITURE CARE:

To care for your natural wood furniture:

• Clean the dust with a cloth or soft cloth.
• Use very fine sandpaper or an eraser for surface stains and small scratches.
• Avoid placing it under direct sunlight and strong heat sources.

Currently, Naan is not able to offer custom orders to adjust the dimensions and measurements of the furniture. However, we can offer the change of the height of the legs and the realization of a maximum of 2 holes in the back of the furniture. In addition, in some of our products you will find the option of varnishing.

The lead time (the time we need to manufacture and prepare an order) is approximately 15 days. Whenever we can, we will make it arrive a little earlier, estimated arrival dates are listed in the item details!

All our packages are delivered by the UPS shipping company. They send an email with a tracking number when they pick up the package at our warehouse so you know where it is at all times.

The origin of our materials is very important to us. Our wood is sustainably sourced with PEFC certification, totally natural and of the highest quality. We believe in the soul and warmth of the natural finish, in the charm of the grain of solid wood and the possibilities it offers.

Upon receipt of your order, we advise you to check if the package has not been damaged during transport.

As a sustainable company and with the ecological goal of saving paper, assembly instructions for most of our products will be available in QR code.

We recommend before throwing away any packaging, to check and order all accessories before starting the assembly. We recommend to assemble the furniture on a soft surface (carpet, blanket etc).

Our furniture is easy to assemble and comes with simple and intuitive instructions so that no questions arise. Orders also include an assembly kit.

just a warning for UK customers!! I had to pay over £80 in import taxes which took me by surprise. Nacho helped split the cost of this unexpected payment which was very generous, but just bear in mind that the import costs are steep. Besides that, the unit is absolutely beautiful and so well made. It feels like such a special item in our living room, really happy with this purchase! The only other thing is if you’re planning to use this as a tv unit, there is no cable holes at the back, so I had to drill a hole myself to loop cables through.

I used this as a console cabinet & TV stand. Looks great - but I had to cut holes in the back for cables, and to make it deep enough for a ps5 (that was my fault for not measuring depth). I would recommend they add cable holes as an option.
