My prints are available in A5 (5.8 x 8.3 INCH/ 14.8 x 21 CM), A4 (8.3 x 11.7 INCH/ 21 x 29.7 CM) and 8 x 10 INCH.
If you'd like a custom size below A4 (8.3 x 11.7 INCH) then please contact me prior to purchase.

If you'd like a different colour than what you see or if you'd like a name put on the print somewhere just convo me before purchasing and we'll sort something out!

If you'd like a colour change or if you are buying a few prints from me and want them to colour match or coordinate then drop me a convo with a link or screenshot of the listings and let me know how I can help :)

All orders are shipped within 3 business days (although it's usually next working day) by Royal Mail First Class.
Please note that Royal Mail don't offer tracking as standard.
Your print is packaged in a cello sleeve with board, for extra protection, wrapped in kraft paper and posted in a board backed envelope to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

UK orders should arrive between 1 and 3 days, and in extremely rare circumstances or at peak times (Christmas) can take up to a week.

International orders generally arrive between 7 and 14 days but, due to customs etc, you must allow up to one month for your order to arrive. Royal Mail does not come with tracking included.

If it has reached the 7 day point for UK customers or the one month point for International customers then please do contact me to arrange a replacement.

Please note I cannot take responsibility for an old/incorrect address being provided in error so be sure to double check the address registered with Etsy.

Further to the refund policy outlined above, international customers must clearly mark the envelope as RETURNED GOODS. Failure to do so may result in import costs which will be deducted from the refund amount.
