When you purchase a UNPERSONALIZED design, the files are available to download once your payment is confirmed.

There is no download option in the purchase history on the Etsy mobile app at this time.
The confirmation generally takes only a few minutes. You will see a notice at the top of the page as long as your payment is processing. Etsy will send you a download notification email separate from any transaction notification emails. Please check it in the spam folder as well.

Download the files to your computer.­­ Please make sure that you are downloading the original files and not only a sample or a thumbnail from the receipt. Please note that downloading/opening the file on a smartphone and other mobile devices will cause the file to be reduced in size/quality. If you are uploading/forwarding the files to a store or another email address, please do so from your laptop or computer. The files we send you are of the highest quality, so if they are pixelated or blurry, you have compromised them. Please print the size dimension that the file is stated to be. If you want a different size dimension file, you must ask us BEFORE purchasing and we will let you know if we can resize it for you.

NO, you DON'T get any printed items. These are digital JPG files for download you purchased in my shop and no tangible items. The printing is your responsibility. I don't print it out or mail anything by post for you.

NO, it is not, of course. If you purchased a personalized design, I have to create it. The customization is not an "automated" process. Please enter all the personal details you want me to place on the design in the note section at checkout and wait for the download link that will be sent via Etsy conversation. It generally takes a few hours but no more than 1 working day.
