This is a SUPER HIGH-quality product. I have bought this journal several times for graduation gifts. It's very special and personal. I had one instance where I did not denote that I needed the mountain engraving. Customer service got back to me promptly, apologized, and even refunded me $10 even though I kept the product. Shipping is fast! I highly recommend this product.
