No, due to the nature of the items sold here, you can only return unused items. However, we do accept partial returns for any remaining part of your order that was not used. When returning an order, you will only pay for what you used or want to keep. You will be refunded on any remaining unused part of your order that you return.

All US domestic orders are shipped FREE (no minimum purchase amount required), usually mailed using USPS, and come with tracking numbers. If you need your order sent faster than Advantage Ground, you must pay extra to upgrade the shipping method.

Even with tracking numbers packages can still find a way to get lost. We will try our best to hunt down the package and find out what happened to it. However, if the tracking status on the package says "Delivered", we are not responsible and you will need to contact the delivery service provider (example: USPS, UPS, Fedex) directly.
Damaged goods are only replaced if the damage was caused by poor preparation for shipping and handling. If the damage was caused by delivery service provider, the responsibility would be passed on to them.

All shipping labels are pre-filled through Etsy's "Orders & Shipping" manager and uses the address you enclosed at the time of ordering. In the event of a package becoming lost, is sent to the wrong address, or is returned back to sender, the responsibility would be solely yours. All orders are shipped free on a 1 time per order basis. In the event of a returned package that has to be re-shipped for the 2nd time, the buyer would be responsible to fund that shipment.

In addition to Etsy's effort to offset 100% of carbon emissions caused by shipping, we are a 100% earth friendly (green) store. Our earth friendly shipping supplies are compostable, recyclable, and sustainable. Our shipping materials are made to breakdown within weeks, not years.

In consideration to the impact made on the environment, all receipts are paperless (digitally provided by Etsy) and will not be printed out and mailed with your order. This means any orders placed with us are gift ready and can be directly mailed to the receiver. A receipt and return slip will not be seen or enclosed inside the package of the order unless you specifically request it.

All domestic US orders are shipped FREE of charge. Unless you paid extra for a shipping upgrade (to mail faster) or you are shipping internationally, your order will be shipped the most affordable way which is usually USPS Advantage Ground. All domestic US orders that use the "free shipping" option will be mailed Ground Advantage (regardless which option Etsy let you pick, unless you paid extra to upgrade your shipping). In rare events (when we run out of shipping boxes), your order might be mailed priority.

USPS is usually the most common shipping provider we use, but your order can also be shipped UPS or Fedex if we find the difference in cost to be worth it.

All orders that are "shipped free" were once shipped based on weight. Etsy may have calculated the order heavy enough to be sent USPS Priority, but it was light enough to be sent USPS First Class (which is now USPS Ground Advantage). Etsy's Shipping Manager has not been updated yet to reflect the new USPS Advantage Ground option (which all "Free Shipping" orders are now shipped with), so all the listings still show First Class and Priority because Advantage Ground is not yet an option.

We are sorry for any inconveniences this may have caused, this was the only way to offer FREE shipping for all orders regardless of their weight.
