For apparel, please make sure you reference the sizing chart within the product's image gallery. Sizing can be tricky, so it's always best practice to measure yourself to see which size you should order. Because the item is printed especially for you once you place the order, HeartSigned does not allow refunds or exchanges due to sizing. When in doubt, it's always a good practice to size up when you don't want something to fit too snugly. If you have a problem with the quality of your product, please direct message us so that we can find a solution.

All designs are the intellectual property of HeartSigned. Personalized prints (written and customized by HeartSigned) are the intellectual property of HeartSigned. The designs and content aren't permitted for duplication, commercial use, or plagiarism. Legal action will be taken in the case of infringement of intellectual property. If you are interested in purchasing a commercial license to our products, please contact us.

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week's time!

In my small shop, I don't keep a bulk stock, so everything is made to order. The production time is listed as 7-8 business days to allow for the maximum time that may be needed. However, it is usually much quicker than that.

At this time, I don't offer rush order options. This is because I cannot guarantee that your item will get to you in time. However, please contact me if you need a rushed order; depending on the item, we may be able to work something out.

Because the shirts are brand new and immediately go straight into the printing process, your shirt will arrive with the smell of the printing chemicals on it. We don't wash your shirts for you, but we HIGHLY recommend that you throw your shirt in the wash before wearing it to take away the chemical smell. After a good wash, your shirt will smell as clean as the laundry detergent you use! :-)

Because we are a small shop with a printing production company, items like our T-Shirts are printed on demand. This means, we do not carry bulk stock, but print your item for you when you make the purchase. Because of this, we are unable to accept refunds or exchanges due to incorrect sizes being purchased. HOWEVER, if you ordered a size and received the WRONG size, please message us as soon as possible so that we can get this corrected for you. To avoid incorrect sizing, please reference the sizing guide on the listing.

Because we are a small shop with a printing production company, items are printed on demand. This means, our items must go through a production process, then it will be shipped to you. While this production process is generally completed in a few days, it CAN take up to 10 days, although this is rarely the case. Unfortunately, we are not a commercialized store with mass-produced products. Therefore, we can't ship items to you as quickly as other multi-million (or billion!) e-commerce stores can.

All printers and monitors reproduce colors differently. Because of this, I cannot guarantee that the exact color you see on your monitor will match your final pieces.
