It is normal for there to be at least a couple of small dents or rustic looking marks on pieces due to me using pliers to make them. I have some tricks up my sleeve to limit the marks made, but cannot guarantee that your piece will be completely without any marks.

Right now I currently offer only a few select colors. Depending on what product you are ordering, colors might include gold, silver, copper, black or dark grey. However, I love innovation and testing new ideas, so keep an eye out for when I do bring in new colors!

Depending on what listing you are referring to, absolutely! Most of the listings give instructions for what you can put in your custom word/letters, but if you want something a bit different or are unsure about a detail, please don't hesitate to send me a message to check.

My processing time varies depends mostly on how far up the wall my kids and other job have driven me. Sometimes I can get orders out within 24 hours, and other times it may be a few business days before I get to them in queue. For this reason, I have a longer production time listed. Clothing is processed by my production partner usually within 3-6 business days.

If you are in the USA or international, you may see a different return address on your order package than the one we have stated here. Any address other than the one listed here is not our address; it is the address of our international carrier.
Once we receive the item back we will issue a refund, which may take a few days for you to see reflected on your payment method.

Size charts are available on each listing for you to refer to before placing your order. But in general, tshirts and sweaters have a more relaxed fit, so order your usual size or one up for a more oversized look. Please make sure you check with the size chart and take measurements before ordering, since I do not accept returns for sizing issues.

If you need your item by a certain date, please place your order with plenty of time for processing and shipping. I cannot guarantee delivery by a certain day, and I do not recommend ordering if you need your item in less than a week.

Please check the quality of your item(s) upon delivery and contact me if there are any issues. If there is damage or a print issue with clothing, send me a photo of the item damage within five days for confirmation and I will address the issue.
