FOR STUDY - the fabric is getting brittle and may tear if worn

- Fabric is a navy silk taffeta
- Flat lined a Bronze twill
- 17 heavy, round silver and black glass buttons down front
- no bones or stays, just 2 darts in front and 5 seams in back for a close fit
- Pleated Peplum for Bustle
- Puff sleeves

Many Signs of wear/age:
- Some insect damage with areas of fabric eaten through
- Tears to silk under sleeve
- Underarm staining and some other water or sweat damage near hem in front (in photos)
- 4 white dots on back (in photos)
- musty smell

Modern sized XXS based on the following measurements:
