My products are printed to order.

Please check my listings for shipping lead times. You should receive your mug within 10-21 business days from the date of your approval NOT the order date.

Shipping charges are calculated based on one (1) delivery address. Shipping to multiple locations will incur additional charges.
So, if you'd like to order more than one mug and you are requesting multiple shipping addresses, you must place a separate order for each address.

Processing time and/or delivery dates are ESTIMATES. Regrettably, there can be delays. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee receipt of an order by a specific date. But, rest assured, that I will do my best to ship your item(s) as quickly as possible. And, I will work with you to resolve any issues.

Please take this into consideration when ordering that holidays, weather conditions, and current industry-wide shipping issues might impact shipping time.

I cannot be held responsible and/or offer refunds in the event there is a delay with the shipping carrier. Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, I no longer have any control over the process.

Please take the time to review your proof thoroughly. Make sure the names and other information are correct.
Because of the personalized nature of this product, refunds are not available. All sales are final; however, if you are not satisfied for any reason, please let me know so that we can resolve the issue.

1. Damaged Mug(s)
My mugs are packed securely to ensure safe delivery, but sometimes accidents occur. If your mug(s) does arrive broken, I will gladly replace it free of charge. Just forward me a photo of the broken mug.

2. Incorrect Mailing Address
If you provide an incorrect mailing address, the package will be returned to my fulfillment center.
Once the correct address is provided, you will be responsible for paying any costs related to reshipping the mug.
