1 out of 5 starsOrdered ONE headband and on November 18 she finally answered me and said it wouldn't be ready due to her production line policy. It does not say how or where to check that! It should've been said at the time of the sale and I would've cancelled ONE HEADBAND order! Instead she did not offer any apology or explanation except that I should've read her policy. After I read it..it dies not say how or where this info is available! Geez... It was one headband! Totally disappointed! I could understand if this cotton headband was covered in jewels but it's a BABY COTTON PLAIN HEADBAND! I was so disappointed! Especially because she made me feel like I had no right to question why it hadn't been delivered. Just beware because THANK GOD I didn't have a REAL need for this but what if I had had one??? Geez! Great shop! Good luck!
