Your Good Vibe Chimes come weather proofed. They are proofed for moisture, mold, and UV light. If you plan to keep your chimes outside and wide open to the elements, I suggest re proofing the wooden face every 6 months. You can use whatever proofing method you prefer.

Please treat the chimes nicely. They are made to withstand roughness, however constant tugging or mishandling can result in pre mature breakage.

USA Customers:
There is a 1 year warranty on the strings, metal chimes, and wooden striker ball for USA customers. There is NO warranty on the wooden face art. The warranty goes into effect on the date you receive the chime from the carrier.

I will assume the cost of shipping the fixed chime back to you.
It may take between 2 and 5 days for your chime to be repaired depending on the damage.
*If you are local to me or have purchased the chime directly through me at a farmers market, you may drop off for repair and pick up the chime in person at one of the farmers markets that I attend.

I may be able to replicate a certain design with the colors, frequency, or mantra of your choice that will vary somewhat from the original as no two chimes are the same. Yes! I handmake the chimes from scratch. The healing frequency is chosen, I calculate the length of the chime in order to get that frequency. The chimes are then hand cut and checked for accuracy.
They are sanded, and drilled by hand.
The wooden face is hand dyed and wood burned.
This entire process is done by myself by hand.

The artwork is for indoor use only, and can be dusted with a DRY cloth or duster.

Please keep art away from moisture.

Artwork and macrame can be designed to specific sizes and made to match the color of your home or space.

There is no warranty coverage on artwork.

Yes! All items are packed so that they remain as motionless as possible during shipping. They are wrapped to avoid breakage and moisture and pinned to a board to avoid movement. The macrame is left to hang as much as it can in the wrapping to avoid wrinkling in the material. If the material becomes wrinkled during shipping, hanging it for 24-48 hours will release any creases in the macrame. Good Vibe Chimes are also packaged the same way. Chimes are tethered down and wrapped to avoid damage and moisture.
