Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that the color and quality did not meet your expectations. All files are exported in high resolution (approx. 8MB, 300 DPI) and carefully checked before delivery to ensure print clarity and accurate color profiles. However, please note that colors may appear slightly different depending on screen calibration or printer settings. I’ve already sent you a message to better understand the issue and would be happy to resend the correct file or make adjustments if needed. Your satisfaction is very important to me. Looking forward to resolving this for you

1 out of 5 starsFirst I was sent the wrong file. Then I was sent the “pattern” I tried to buy but it’s no the actual pattern. It’s links to the chart on stitch fiddle. Don’t waste your money.
