The leather is very high quality and a beautiful color, exactly as pictured. Additionally, I can’t speak highly enough of Jason’s customer service. There was a mixup during the shipping process and Jason was responsive, attentive, and quick to creatively problem solve in order to get my order to me with as little interruption as possible; and he followed up with me throughout the entire process.
