What happens if my plant arrives damaged?
We offer an Arrive Alive Guarantee. Because orchids are living things, we cannot accept returns. However, if your plant is damaged during transit, please message us with a photo of the plant and packaging within 24 hours of delivery. We will ensure a replacement or a fair solution is provided immediately.
When will my order ship?
To prioritize the health of our botanical specimens, we ship exclusively on Mondays. This schedule ensures your orchid travels directly from our studio to your home without the risk of sitting in a courier warehouse over a weekend. Orders placed after Sunday evening will be scheduled for the following Monday’s dispatch.
Do I need to buy a Heat Pack?
If the local temperature in your area (or the transit route) is below 40°F (5°C), a 72-hour Heat Pack is strongly recommended. Orchids are tropical plants and cannot survive freezing temperatures. You can find our "Winter Shipping Upgrade" listing in the shop to add protection to your order.
What is the "Arrive Alive" Guarantee?
We guarantee that your orchid will arrive healthy and vibrant. Because these are living pieces of art, we cannot accept returns. However, if your plant is damaged during transit, please message us with a clear photo of the plant and the packaging within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you immediately to provide a replacement or a fair solution.
Will my orchid arrive in bloom?
While we select mature, blooming-size plants, we cannot guarantee they will be in flower upon arrival. Orchids have natural blooming cycles. However, our mounts are designed to be beautiful year-round, and with the included care guide, you will be ready for the next spectacular bloom!
Is the cork mount permanent?
Yes! Our reclaimed wine and champagne corks are chosen for their durability and porous nature, which mimics how orchids grow in the wild. The orchid’s roots will eventually "climb" and anchor themselves to the cork. You do not need to repot it; simply follow the care instructions provided
Are the corks authentic?
Absolutely. We use authentic, reclaimed corks from wine and champagne celebrations. Each mount has its own history and character, which means the specific winery branding may vary. This makes every Mini Mount a truly one-of-a-kind piece.
