REGULATIONS

1. All photos placed on the profile are made by me and are covered by copyright. I do not agree to copying and using photos in any way, without my consent.

2. Shipping takes place no later than 2-5 business days from receipt of payment.

3. In the case of orders of more than 5 items, the delivery time is determined individually with the customer.

4. I send the parcel to the address given in the profile, unless the buyer indicates a different address, e.g. the address of the recipient.

5. The prices in the store are expressed in Euro and converted at the etsy rate.

6. Shipping costs are covered by the Buyer. For the purchase of several items, one fee is charged as per the fees. Purchases made by one customer are sent in one package, as part of a one-off payment.

7. ATTENTION! If the delivery address is incorrectly specified or the parcel is not picked up on time, the cost of the parcel is not subject to complaint and is not returned. Re-shipment only at an additional charge. However, after receiving a message from the Buyer about the resignation from re-shipment, the remaining amount for the goods, reduced by the costs of materials used (-15% of the purchase price) and commissions of banks, returned to the Buyer's account number indicated.

8. All complaints regarding damage and return of the shipment is not the fault of the Buyer or other related to transport, including the return of the paid funds, takes place after consideration of the complaint by the parcel's supplier. It is connected with the inclusion in the complaint of all transport costs, possible damage to the contents of the shipment, costs of transfers and compensation for delay in delivery or lost parcel. Time of consideration of complaints by Polish Post: 30 days from the date of posting + 3 months for consideration of a domestic parcel or 6 months for consideration of a foreign parcel.

9. Due to the fact that the products are made by hand and there are no two identical copies, I reserve the right to make minimal changes to the designs that absolutely do not affect the overall impression or quality of the product.

10. I note that all products are made to order and the presented photo is a model, the final shape may slightly differ from the one shown in the picture and the subjective assessment is not subject to complaint.

11. Modifications of cards / boxes under the same fee may relate to: changing the colors of papers and accessories, adding the name / names of the recipients and adding your own wishes or other content. Any additional additions or changes in size will incur additional fees. I inform you about the amount of the additional payment through an individual message.

12. All cards are packed in a foil / plastic sheeting and sent in a paper bubble envelope by registered letter Poczta Polska (priority priority in Poland) or by courier DPD if there are individual arrangements (courier service is available only in Poland PLN 18).

13. Boxes / boxes are packed in cardboard / foil, I am sending a registered letter with a registered letter by Polish Post (in Poland a B-size priority) or DPD courier if such are individual arrangements (courier service is available only in Poland, PLN 18).

14. IMPORTANT! There is a possibility to send a shipment by courier DPD in Poland, sending it to the chair. 15 guarantees delivery of the parcel on the next business day. Price for courier parcel 18 PLN. If the parcel is to be delivered on a Saturday, the service is additionally 10 PLN. If you choose a courier service, please provide an appropriate payment for the order and a message about the choice of courier DPD along with the mobile phone number to yourself.
