5 out of 5 starsI would recommend this vendor as an embroiderer to anyone! The customer service and attention to detail was amazing. I have been a graphic designer for over 30 years and have dealt with many similar projects. This company is exceptional. They created a large order of hats for me (after first developing samples) with a custom, intricate design that I submitted for my friends son's wedding. The resulting product was high quality and delivered on time. Five stars 🌟 and more to these guys!!!! One improvement would be to more carefully package the product. I realize the box travels a long way, but it arrived ripped and the contents were accessible from the outside.
