What information do we collect?
When you make a purchase from my Etsy shop I collect your Name, Etsy username, billing address, shipping address and email address.

Payment Details
I never collect your payment details or credit card numbers. All payments made through this website are processed either by PayPal on their website or by credit/debit card via Etsy Payments. Payments made by credit or debit card are processed Etsy and are not shared with myself or Thrown In Stone Limited. Credit/Debit card details cannot be seen by me.

What do we use your information for?
Information I collect from you may be used in any of the following ways:
- To fulfil your purchase order.
- For legal/accounting/tax record keeping purposes.

How do we store your information?
Your information is stored in the Etsy seller dashboard, sales notification emails and printed copies of your delivery notes.

How do we protect your information?
Information stored in the Etsy seller dashboard can only be accessed by myself or Etsy representatives and the account is secured by a strong password and multi-factor authentication to prevent unauthorised access.

A variety of security measures are in place on Etsy in order to maintain the safety of your personal information. These include, but not limited to:
- Use of SSL/HTTPS encryption protocols when information is transmitted from your computer Etsy servers.
- Use of firewall and virus scanning software.
- Various access levels have been created to ensure only authorised people can access your information.
- Physical copies of information are stored in a locked office where only authorised people can enter.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
I do not sell, trade, transfer or otherwise disclose any of your personally identifiable information. However, we may need to release your information to appropriate authorities or bodies when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforcement policies, or to protect our rights, property or safety.

What is not covered by this Privacy Policy?
Information posted on community pages and forums are publicly visible, it is therefore not covered by this Privacy Policy, so please take care when sharing your personal information in these areas of the Etsy website.

Copies
I may store a physical printed copy of your information (such as, but not limited to, dispatch notes and order notes/invoices) for the purpose of legal/accounting/tax record keeping purposes. Access to these documents is restricted to only necessary personnel.

Your Right to be forgotten
Should you wish to exercise ‘your right to be forgotten’/’erasure’ you should contact me in writing. All personal information we hold for you will be destroyed within 14 days.

Third Parties
We use a number of specially selected third parties to ensure your data is kept private. Google Mail (paid Google for suite email service) to store and send emails. Google Analytics to collect and analyse anonymous website usage statistics. Etsy to provide ecommerce services.
