A Candle with a Twist!
J'ai lancé Wellsentials en souhaitant créer un espace où être acupuncteur agréé, massothérapeute et fabricant de bougies pourrait coexister !
Ma carrière dans le domaine du bien-être a commencé en 2006 après avoir obtenu un diplôme d'associé en études professionnelles : massothérapie (AOS) du NY College of Health. Poursuivant mes études de massage en Chine, j'ai découvert la médecine traditionnelle chinoise (MTC) et je savais que je voulais élargir mon champ de pratique et apporter une plus grande aide aux clients. J'ai fréquenté le Pacific College of Oriental Medicine (maintenant Pacific College of Health) en 2007 et j'ai terminé mes études en 2011, obtenant une maîtrise en médecine orientale traditionnelle (MSTOM).
Depuis 2013, je pratique l'acupuncture et la massothérapie à San Diego. En 2021, j'ai décidé d'abandonner le « bureau » et de rencontrer les clients là où ils se trouvaient ; À domicile et au bureau.
En sortant du bureau et en libérant du temps, ma créativité a commencé à couler. Voulant créer quelque chose qui ait de multiples usages et utilisant mon expérience en MTC, Wellsentials Candles est née en 2022 !
Les bougies Wellsentials sont des bougies corporelles. Le bassin de fonte créé peut être utilisé pour hydrater la peau. J'ai poussé la bougie corporelle un peu plus loin en utilisant des parfums ayant une dimension bien-être.
I started Wellsentials wanting to create a space where being a Licensed Acupuncturist, Massage Therapist, and a candle maker could coexist!
My career in the wellness space began in 2006 after graduating from NY College of Health with an Associates degree in Occupational Studies: Massage Therapy (AOS). Continuing my studies in China for massage, I was introduced to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and knew I wanted to expand my scope of practice and provide greater help to clients. I attended Pacific College of Oriental Medicine (now Pacific College of Health) in 2007 and competed my studies in 2011, graduating with a Masters in Traditional Oriental Medicine (MSTOM.)
Since 2013, I have been practicing Acupuncture and Massage Therapy in San Diego. In 2021, I decided to abandon the “office” and meet client where they were; In-Home and In-Office.
Getting out of the office, and freeing up some time, my creative juices started to flow. Wanting to create something that had multiple uses and utilizing my TCM background, Wellsentials Candles was born in 2022!
Wellsentials candles are a body candle. The melt pool created can be used to moisturize the skin. I took the body candle a step further by using scents that had a wellness background.
