We work hard to ensure that you have your jewelry out on time, so we start the creation process immediately after placing the order. If you need to cancel the transaction, please feel free to contact us within 6 hours upon purchase.

- All jewels must be returned in new, unworn condition in their original packaging. If you wish to return an item, you must contact us to inform us of the issue. You have to ship the package at your expense. After receiving your package, we will issue a refund, excluding the initial shipping costs.
- We are sorry but we don't accept exchanges in our store. All the transactions are final.
- Please, be aware that all earrings are non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.

- All orders will be shipped with a tracking number. Usually takes 6-15 days to deliver. Significant delays may occur due to unexpected circumstances.
- Once we drop your package off at the Post Office, its delivery speed is out of our control. We are happy to help you locate your package and assist you with the shipping process. However, please, keep in mind that local post services which handle your parcel are separate entities from BalainART.

- We will not offer a refund if a package is returned for the following reasons:
1) The address provided by you was not correct.
2) The package is unclaimed once attempted to be delivered.
We will offer the possibility to have the package re-shipped once the package has been sent back to us. In that case, we will send you a message to re-confirm the shipping address, and you will need to pay re-shipping and handling costs before sending the package again ($3.90).

- If you are happy, then we are all happy! There is nothing we want more than a happy customer, and we take customer service very seriously! We want you to love our creations, therefore if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us before leaving any negative feedback. We will gladly work with you to find a solution. Mistakes can happen to either sellers or buyers, and whatever the situation is, we encourage you to communicate with us! Peace and love are the values that lead our lives!

We always find solutions when buyers inform us quickly with a message about any issue, and we could be extremely flexible. But, in the case that a buyer chooses to move directly by opening a case in Etsy, then we always move according to the Etsy regulations. We stop being flexible anymore. - We carefully inspect all jewels before dispatch. If ever an item arrives damaged, it must be immediately reported to us with a message - within 24 hours of receiving. Otherwise, we will not be able to help you.

You can wear it while making sports, swimming, or showering. You can wear them EVERYWHERE! Just be careful not to break or scratch them during your activities.
