Great product/Horrible customer service. Beautiful graphics. Nice layout. Bright colors. Best I've seen on Etsy for this same product! I like the fact that the alcohol levels are included. But.. Seems like the drinks were last updated a few months ago, because there are Christmas drinks on the paper and they are not on the Bartesian website. And there are a few drinks on the Bartesian website that are not on the paper. I contacted the seller twice before I purchased and once after, and the seller still has not answered, 7 days later. Once you pay, you instantly get an email with download instructions from Etsy. Like someone else said in their review, I wish there was an update available. Or if the file was editable, and I can update it myself.

I could not use these fonts they would not load in. I emailed the seller and never got a proper response.

These are perfect to have in a binder at my bar!

I wish I could leave no stars because this shop doesn’t deserve any! There was absolutely no response after my item was never shipped to me and I eventually settled the matter with my bank. I would advise everyone not to but ANYTHING from this store!! Save your time and money!

Bad customer service never answered . 1st bad experience with esty

I ordered the item a week ago. I asked how to upload a picture for the invite, finally heard back a day or so ago so I sent the picture, still no response on when to expect the file. When purchased it said delivery between July 11-14. We are way past that now. I've asked for a refund today if item will not be provided but have not heard back.

I haven’t used this. I bought by mistake. I needed a BX font for my embroidery program. My mistake 🤷🏼‍♀️
