I will issue a re-do on an item if the mess up (ex. wrong initial placement/wrong spelling) was on my end. I will re issue an order with a small fee if error was on the buyers end.

Be mindful in the placement of decals. Although oracal 651 (which i mainly use) can be placed on many surface areas, some material may respond differently to the adhesive than others. I am NOT responsible for any damage to the item in which the vinyl was placed on.
