Complimentary mounting tape will be added on to the flowers for easy set up, NOT for the any of the other parts of the unicorn. The rest of the items are so light that regular tape/double-sided tape works great for the unicorn parts and vines.

You can select any 3 colors (Display Colors are Ballerina, Pastel Mix and Misty Lilac) from our color chart you like, just note the choices in the "note to seller" box at the end of your purchase or send me a message after you order, otherwise you’ll receive the colors pictured.

*all monitors and screens vary, use the color chart only as a reference point for the color you prefer, however please note actual product shades may appear lighter or darker than what you see on the screen due to various lighting, room shades, staged lighting, etc**

Very very rarely! We package them with lots of thought and care regarding the shipping process. If a package is damaged we ask that you send us pictures of the packaging, etc, within 48 hours of delivery (so we can submit them to the shipping carrier for damage claims, that is the window that we are able to submit a claim) and then we send you a new one immediately.
