Do you offer returns and refunds for your products?

Because our products are digital products, they are deemed "used" after download or opening by Etsy. Therefore, all purchases of our digital products are non-refundable or exchangeable.

Do the forms have the watermark on them?

No, the form you will receive will be completely free of any watermarks, trademarks, etc. The watermark on the listing photo is to prevent unlawful copying or screen captures.

Where are the highlighted fields to fill the form?

In older versions of Adobe Acrobat, a light gray-blue was used to indicate that a digital product or form was fillable without the need to be in edit mode. When using our digital forms in Adobe Acrobat, you may notice that there are no highlighted fields indicating where to input your information. However, rest assured that the forms are still fillable. Simply click inside the area where the information is required, and you can start typing. While the absence of highlighted fields may be different from what you're used to, the functionality remains the same. Just click and input your information as needed, and the form will be filled accordingly.

How do I download the form onto my phone once purchased?

Unfortunately, Etsy does not allow you to download forms from the app. However, you can get around this by visiting your Etsy account in your phone's internet browser such as Google Chrome or Safari. Once there, you may be able to download the form to your phone. Please note this is not a reliable solution and may still require you to go onto your computer to download the form.

I don't own Adobe Acrobat, how can I edit?

Adobe offers a free pdf editor that can be used in your browser: https://www.adobe.com/acrobat/online/pdf-editor.html. There are other free pdf editors as well which you can find by searching online.
