Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for mugs?

Mugs are made-to-order, so I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or ordering errors. Cancellations are only possible before your order enters production, which typically begins around 9 PM (local time) on the day you purchase. Once production starts, the order cannot be canceled or changed.

What if my mug arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

If your mug arrives broken, misprinted, or incorrect, please message me within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. I will send a free replacement right away—no need to return the damaged item.

What if my package is lost or the tracking says “delivered,” but it’s not here?

Please check with neighbors or your local post office first, as packages are sometimes scanned early or missdelivered. If it still can’t be located, message me. In most cases, I can file a claim and arrange a replacement.
