If your item is eligible for return/exchange, please ensure that the item is returned in new and re-saleable condition within 30 business days from the delivery date of your order.
Returns after the 30 day period are only not eligible for returns.

Custom designed jewelry that was made to match your idea or design is NOT returnable. They are made to your taste.
To find a buyer that wants your exact design is nearly impossible.
