Please be aware it is the full responsibility of the buyer to ask any questions prior to purchasing. TEXT CHANGES - We can change text, names and years. Default text as shown in listing is included if not specified to be replaced or eliminated. Provide all personalization line-by-line clearly at checkout to complete your order. Current year is added if none is given by the buyer at checkout. No proofs sent. CUSTOM DESIGNS - To change existing artwork or create a new design, please contact shop owner about what you want and provide an example, if possible. There is likely a custom design fee in addition to the cost of the product you're buying. Proofs sent. During the holidays we do not create any custom designs due to high sales volume.

CERAMIC ORNAMENT and ART PRINT DESCRIPTIONS - See listing and photo descriptions

CERAMIC ornament (★ 2-sided) is 2.8” x 1/8” deep (coin shaped, not a sphere). Front is duplicated to the back. Sold with or without a gift box. ART PRINTS - 4 sizes (with straight or deckled edges), acid free cardstock, birth flower watercolor or antique-style print, shipped without mat or frame. - Designed in the USA; shipped from Florida. - Image is permanently fused to surface; will not peel, crack or fade. The art is not a decal. - Final product may vary from that pictured due to monitor variations and because each design is handmade and made to order. We try to accurately represent our product through photographs and descriptions.

HOW TO PROVIDE PERSONALIZATION

Please provide personalization exactly as needed (line-by-line) and with correct spelling, in the "Notes to Seller" area at checkout (the box under the product photo when you're looking at your shopping cart). If purchasing more than one item at a time, please provide the SKU (found at end of the product title [ie. OR323]) along with personalization for each item. PURCHASING MORE THAN ONE ITEM? Add all items to shopping cart prior to checkout to save on shipping costs. If two or more product are purchased separately, refunds will not be granted for combining orders. If a sale starts after I place my order will you refund the difference? No. The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order.

UPDATE SHIP-TO ADDRESS

ORDERS will ship ONLY TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED by Etsy. We will not change addresses after purchase. If a request is made to change the address the order will be refunded and cancelled so that the buyer may place a new order with the correct address. ADDRESS ERRORS: Buyers are responsible for paying additional shipping charges if an order is returned to us FOR ANY REASON and you would like it to be reshipped (Customer pays for re-shipment). Lil Stinker Design is not responsible for missing packages due to an incorrect address. Click "Proceed to checkout." Next page is "Double check your order details." Under that line is "shipping address" with "change" next to it. Click "Change" to update address prior to payment.

SHIPPING, GIFT WRAP, GIFT NOTE & PACKAGING

Shipping is a third party service – the USPS. Therefore, we have no control over timely delivery, loss, or damage. Any claims of loss or damage should be made to the delivery service as Lil Stinker Design is not liable. Ceramic ornaments (2.8") - Choose paper gift bag or gift box at checkout. See listing photos for samples of gift wrapping available. Gift box includes a red ribbon and a blank note for writing your own message. We can include a SHORT gift note with your order, if you provide one at checkout. Product arrives ready for gift-giving with no financial information. Art Prints - Deliver flat inside rigid mailers, without mats or frames. We can include a SHORT gift note with your order, if you provide one at checkout.

PRODUCTION and SHIPPING TIME

PRODUCTION TIME - how long it takes for us to create the order after the order is submitted. SHIPPING TIME is how long it takes for the shipping carrier to deliver the order (not included in the production time frame). During the year production time is 1-3 business days with shipping on Tuesdays & Fridays. During the holidays production time can extend 1-10 days according to sales volume. Production times will be updated in the shop announcement. **NOTE: Delivery delays & losses by USPS are outside our control. You may file with USPS** Choose from First Class Mail (generally 1-7 days), Priority Mail (1-5 days) or Priority Express (1-2 days) at checkout. An email with tracking information for USPS.COM will be provided once order ships.

**NOTE: Shipping takes longer during the Holidays. Delivery delays and losses by USPS are outside of our control and delivery times are not guaranteed by Lil Stinker Design.** Lil Stinker Design is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.

We have a general “No Returns” policy. 95% of the products are made-to-order. Variations occur as they are one of a kind, made for you. Colors may appear different in real life than they do on a computer screen. Please send us an Etsy message within 48 hours of receiving order if you're not satisfied with your order. Describe the problem and include at least 2 photos of the issue prior to leaving feedback so that we may address your concerns. Priority Mail orders are insured up to $100 and you can submit a claim to USPS online to have that insurance amount sent to you as a check in the mail. Note that when submitting an insurance claim **You MUST have photos of the item and the box/packaging and you must must retain the box/packaging.
