I haven’t received my item as of yet !!!!!

This person was real quick to take my money, and I never got my item. Waiting for this gift. And all I got was lied to. She had insufficient funds, to refund my money. I did have to resort to main ETSY TO get my money back. And ETSY was swift and professional. I do have to say that NOW, because of this vendor, I will be very very hesitant to purchase with anyone else. Thanks for nothing, stef!

She was awesome! I needed it super quick and she got it to me in time! And it came out perfectly. My son's teacher loved it.

Although I never initially communicated that this purchase was a Christmas gift and needed to arrive in time for Christmas Eve, I still got it in the nick of time! I contacted the shop a week before Christmas with my concerns about it shipping in time and they shocked me by paying overnight shipping costs 😳 !!! They went completely above and beyond for me, a stranger, to ensure I had this gift to give my father-in-law for Christmas and I could not be more appreciative!!!! Not the mention, the cup is beautiful, perfectly made, high quality and everything I thought it would be!
